💳 Booking Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be credited toward your treatment or consultation at the time of your visit. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or same-day changes will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

📸 Consultations & Treatment Planning All treatments are customized. Your Nurse or Doctor will complete a full assessment at your appointment to ensure the safest approach and best possible outcome based on your goals.

✨ Appointment Prep Please arrive with a clean face and no makeup on the treatment area. To help minimize bruising, avoid alcohol, aspirin (ASA), ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, naproxen, and other blood thinners for 48 hours prior to your appointment when possible.

💉 Results & Expectations Results may vary depending on the treatment and individual factors. Some services may require multiple sessions for optimal results, and your provider will guide you through a personalized plan.
